British Summer with my Stepbro

About this video

An old-money family in Kent, a very proper tea schedule and a stepsister who treats manners as a challenge.

Mona and her stepbrother are shipped off for a summer exchange with a proper British family in Kent, and she plans to enjoy every minute of their good manners. Mona flirts, he panics, and the host house has more doorways than he can handle. Episode 1 begins in a car with a very obvious blush, then meets Charlotte, a hostess who sends him straight into a daydream. Episode 2 snaps him out of it, shows him to a room right next to Mona's and lets Mona explore the family's rooms with a curiosity that suggests the tea schedule is not her priority. She texts him. Someone checks the clock.

Why it clicks

Mona the chaos agent versus a household of rules, with a stepbrother stuck in the middle. The comedy is in the contrast, the taboo in the pairing, and the free episodes stay on suggestion and mischief.

Watch it when: Pick it for an evening of posh houses, bad behavior and a heroine who can't stay in her room.
