My Wife Hired My Nurse

About this video

Both of his hands are broken, his wife booked someone's grandmother as the nurse, and then Mila walked through the door.

Jake breaks both hands, so his wife hires a home nurse and leaves for work, relieved that the agency is sending a sixty-something, which means zero temptation. Then Mila arrives in a blue uniform with the top button open, nothing like the promise, and gets straight to work. Episode 1 is her first assessment: she notes the pressure in his arm and offers a special treatment. Episode 2 brings the wife's phone call. Is she nice? Very thorough, he answers, while Mila leans in for a better angle. Mila is another familiar Candy face who shows up in several other series.

Why it clicks

The best part is the phone calls: a doting wife who has no idea and a nurse who has plenty of ideas. It's bedside-manner comedy that never raises its voice, and the free episodes stay at innuendo.

Watch it when: Perfect for a sick day or a lazy Sunday when you want mischief, a helpless patient and a nurse in full control.
