18 Holes With My Wife's Sister

About this video

His wife's sister keeps beating him at golf, and the newest wager lets whoever wins write the loser's punishment.

Every year for a decade, Diana has beaten her brother-in-law on the golf course, and she has perfected the victory lap. This time she stops playing fair. In episode 1 she corrects his grip, stands close enough to wreck his focus and proposes a wager: the victor gets to write the loser's penalty, and she already knows what she wants. Episode 2 sends their spouses off ahead while the two finish the game. Then the rain arrives, the cart barn is closer than anything else, and Diana collects a prize he never agreed to.

Why it clicks

A lush course, a family rivalry and a bet make a perfect excuse, and Diana is calm, competitive and honest about wanting what she wants. The free episodes stay at flirting distance, and the weather does the rest.

Watch it when: Try it on a sunny afternoon when you like competitive banter, a brother-in-law in over his head and a storm.
